Seal built to machine-specific shaft sizes for caustic, acidic and sodium hydrogen carbonate service.
Description
A seal supplied to suit the shaft size required by the machine, for caustic, acidic and sodium hydrogen carbonate duties. Pressure and temperature were published only as "Normal" — no numeric rating was ever stated.
Sealing faces are selected to suit the fluid, with a range of elastomers and corrosion-resistant hardware.

Materials of construction
- Sealing faces: Carbon, Silicon Carbide, Tungsten Carbide, Chrome Cast Steel, and others suitable for the fluid
- Elastomer: Viton, EPDM, Silicon, Aflas, PTFE, Hypalon
- Hardware: SS 316, Hastelloy C, Monel, Alloy 20
